Keep camera area clean, mount unit in well-lit area, mount unit at correct height for employees. Employee time clock should be indoors or in a weather guard enclosure to protect from the elements.
Proper use of the Amano MTX-30F terminals for smooth operation:
- Proper employee enrollment/assignment is the most important aspect of setup. Poor enrollment will cause reading errors and missing punches.
- It is important to mount the unit in a well-lit area. Also, mount the unit at the proper height for all employees.

- Each unit on the system requires a $5 per month hardware support fee. If the unit fails, Amano will replace the unit within two days.
